We were informed that you are running for the office of Floyd County Commissioner.
We here at Freedom of Speech wish you the best with this decision. You have always shown to have a common sense approach to your position on the City Council. Even being in the dubious position of being the lone Republican working with eight Democrats you have remained impartial and always seemed to put the citizens of New Albany first in your decision making.
We also think that your experience on the City Council will serve you well with this campaign. A Councilman needs to work well with a large variety of personalities, even under very stressful situations. This is especially true on meeting nights when the eyes of the citizens are on you.
A Commissioner needs compassion and understanding when dealing with citizens needs. We here at Freedom of Speech think you will do an admirable job and make the people of New Albany proud.
