Thank you for attending tonights city council meeting. Please pick up a copy of our agenda. Feel free to ask council members and other city officials questions before or after the meeting; they will be glad to assist you.
If you would like to comment on tonights agenda, please sign in. All speakers must sign in prior to the start of the meeting. Here are a few more points to keep in mind:
1. The president will call your name when it is your turn to speak.
2. Be courteous at all times. All comments should address issues and should not be personal in nature.
3. Please focus your comments on the agenda items. Other concerns may be addressed before or after the meeting with city officials.
4. Try to complete your comments within five minutes or less. Your remarks will become a part of public record.
5. Video recording equipment must remain in the designated area.
The minutes of this meeting and all previous meetings are public documents and copies are available to everyone. Please see the City Clerk for details.
